Tiffany first began practicing yoga in 2010 and since then it has become an essential part of her life. Coming into yoga through her journey with anxiety, she has felt yoga’s ability to heal. She believes that everyone has the ability to practice yoga and that the world would be a better place if everyone felt its experience.
In 2016, Tiffany wanted to deepen her understanding of yoga and started taking workshops and courses. She is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, completing her certification at Serene Yoga Studio where she regularly practices. Her training is based on yoga actions, which allows for better alignment, and greater accessibility and ease with each asana, or yoga pose. Tiffany is currently on the path towards a 500 hour certificate.
