Outdoor Yoga in times of COVID-19
Your wellness is of utmost importance, so the following guidelines are in place during classes:

  • You will need to bring your own mat and any equipment that you feel will assist with your practice. A water bottle is also recommended.
  • Classes will be designed so that no props are needed. No props will be brought or shared during the practice. You are more than welcome to bring and use your own props, but they are not required.
  • No more than 9 yogis will be allowed to participate in the class, in addition to the instructor. If you are intending to attend a class, an email indicating your participation would be appreciated, but is not required, as this will help to manage class size.
  • You will need to keep 2 metres apart during the entire class. This includes set up, during the practice, and take down after the class ends.
